great location and facilities and ideal for what we required being a bunch of 10 'mature' blokes in town for the Lions rugby game against Australia, only had to speak to one member of staff very briefly so can't comment other than 'fair'.

The security tag for entering the building was great as a solo female traveller. The layout of the room was really practical. The facilities were all good and the supply of kitchen items was just great for my business trip needs. Being across the road from a 7-11 was very handy and having such good access to public transport was very helpful.

No flyscreens on the windows meant using the airconditioner the whole time rather than being able to open the window without things flying in! The paintwork in the bathroom really needed some work - especially the ceiling above the shower.

Clean bathroom, clean room

Unmet expectations. The gallery on the accommodations website was nothing like the actual room/ facilities. The pictures show renovated, modern accommodation, but in reality our room was not renovated and was not modern. The interior resembled a room I would expect in a Motor Inn.

The rooms are only cleaned once a week, so if you stay there for only a few days your room is not going to get a makeover. The was also a bizarre sign in the room stating that I had to wash all my dishes and dispose of any rubbish prior to checking out, otherwise I would be charged an extra cleaning fee of $70. I complied with this but it did make me think what makes the people who run the place think that they can get away with this nonsense and I don't think I would stay there again.

- breakfast was in a box, i asked for a credit - mold in the washroom - funny smell in the apartment, likely from the old carpet. -kitchen appliances have seen better days. Office hours are limited, if you arrive late and have to leave early, you need to make some arrangement.

the first room we were given was atrociuos. The walls were dirty and the carpet dirty had burn marks on it and it had holes in it around the edges. I booked an aprtment with laundry facilites. The first one did have a machine but the second room which was better did not. We were not compensated in any way.

Chris, the receptionist was great, very curtious and helpful. He is an assett to the Hotel. The location is good and the price is good. We appreciated the help with the bed set up.

No light block out curtains. Lots of street noise. No natural air, windows don't open. Shower tiles dirty and need replacing. No towel rack in bathroom that worked. Furniture needs updating Fixtures falling off in bathroom and lounge. Room wasn't serviced in 6 days. Needs new ironing board cover. Cushions need replacing.

The room (not apartment as advertised) was large.

The room was dated and in severe need of decoration. The carpets were dirty and had iron burn marks. The view was poor, and facilities in the room lacking. There was an ISDN line, but no wifi. How do you plug an IPAD in to an ISDN line!? The pool is always in the shade! Overall, not value for money, dated and dingy. I would not stay here again.
