everything about it was fantastic.. loved the comfy bed and pillows, the kitchen was so well stocked with everything that you could possibly want being away from your own kitchen, spacious, nicely decorated. 100 out of 100 :) the peaceful view of the river so lovely at night and no mozzies :). The gardens,pool area was very nice, the location is superb looking over the brisbane river, and being so close to the city cat to get around. The rooms were very spacious, and perfect if travelling as a family or two groups needing two bedroom apartments.
all reviews » Convenience and transport, had overseas family staying for wedding. They found it so easy to travel around and were within walking distance of beautiful park excellent restaurants and supermarket. Great location with excellent ferry service to city. Great location for walking along the river or exploring the town. Clean and comfortable with good lounge space if entertaining or have family. The location was perfect also with the city cats so close it was a short trip to the city!. As we checked in on the weekend, we were unable to arrange use of tennis raquets etc. as reception only staffed Mon-Fri. Would be good if they could be left for guest use. Also on one return back to the apartments, the back door would not open with our fob keys, we rang the after hours number, after 20mins on hold we were lucky enough another guest came into the foyer and saw us and let us in.Lucky we were not in a hurry!. Nothing. No breakfast option - loink with coffee shop. Arriving after reception closed nowhere get get advice on eating out. My apartment (G3)was a bit tired looking but a friend staying in G2 had a lovely decor. Coffee shop closed on Monday and Tuesday. Internet access to apy for - free wireless is everywhere now. Tiles in 2nd bathroom required attention. Lights in the pool area were left on 1 night. Blockout Curtains in the lounge room would have helped. Lock on front door.You need to push in the lock on the door. We actually did not realise the first night and slept with the door unlocked.A bit worried when we woke and realised. Having to leave. the elevator was a bit confusing. nothing. Bedrooms were very plain. nothing. Strange garage approaches. The unit was in need of a freshen up. A bit aged. Considering we booked luxury apartment. Apartment 603 reminded us of a seedy bedsit. Soft furnishings were old damaged and stained, so you didn't want to sit down. Bedding was very old with stained sheets. It could have been perfect but unfortunately the owners have let it go. We gave our feedback to the administrator when we left and have since been advised that the owners have promised to make improvements. Unfortunately this was too late for us!.
