I liked the design of room spacious it wasn't cramped good light windows could be opened which I good for people with asthma like my husband he doesn't cope with using air conditioners to excess we were offered free continentle breakfast for 2 which is a nice offer since we stayed 1night an foxtrot stations on offer was get too we have stayed at a lot of motels yet this one for our family was at top of our favourites also being close to shops an Parks we walked everywhere very convenient.
all reviews » Very good value motel in a central location within walking distance to shopping precinct. Great continental breakfast was included in the price. It was served in the restaurant which had a lovely ambience. The room was very small but had all that was required. The shower was great. The check in was quick, friendly and correct. I didn't have to drive my car anywhere as it was so central to all services I required. friendly house keeping people every morning even on the good Friday and Easter Sunday willing to go above and beyond requirements. Staff at reception was friendly and put us at ease. She was extremely helpful in providing directions to where we wanted to go. The motel was right in the middle of town and close to all the amenities like the shops and Maccers and KFC. What more do you want?. We only there for one night and it was central to where I went. The check in was quick and staff friendly. I needed to check in before 2.00 pm and after ringing to see if I could they said yes no problem. It was a perfect night's stay. The room was large and clean and considering it's location, we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. Would stay here again without hesitation. It was pretty quiet,considering we were on the highway in room 22,but yes i will stay in the future if i am in the area,maybe Bathurst 1000....if i book early,thankyou!. Sory to say for me,i had to have an operation the next day in Bathurst Hospital.I stopped the night cause i thought i was the first dude to get nicked,but no it was @$#!%& 10.30,but &#@! happens!!!!!. Of our two rooms, one was quite small. They were both 3 bed rooms. Nothing not to like. Pillow could have been a bit softer. The bathroom was a little squashy with the door closed. When the toilet was flushed the shower went red hot, not good if young or old, unable to move quickly. As I was there with 2 older children one child had to sleep with me as there were only 2 beds. He chose to sleep on the floor on the remaining bedding from the cupboard. I would have liked the opportunity to upgrade the breakfast option so I could have a cooked breakfast rather than just a continental breakfast option. traffic noise. They only give out one room key. When we had 3 people staying there. Our room was budget a Bit noisey close to resturaunt and road Ok for 1 night would stay down back next time. A toaster was provided in the kitchenette, but no butter knife for spreading toast spreads provided in room. Parking was a bit limited. Too close to Dan Murphy's ha ha. The room was very small. Very little space to put your luggage. A little bit noisy - traffic. situated out of town. should have booked sunny afternoon verandah side .. Will do next time. Trucks unloading at kfc during the night and garbage trucks at 6am. Steel grate at kfc banging twice every time a car entered the car park. Too close to the road and traffic lights, motor bikes reving all the time. No Free Wifi. the gap under the door (rm4) it got chilly at night. But this isn't a huge issue!. Mattress was to soft and need new ironing broad and iron. some minor maintenance required to room,. Lighting could be better. Late at night had to ask two loud-voiced neighbours to be quiet, which they did. room size. It was very noisy both with the traffic and the guests coming home from a night out (I know the staff cannot do anything about this). No light in the corridor. Very difficult to find keyhole in the dark. only one small thing it was a two room unit & as I like to watch TV in bed it was in the other room but I moved the bed to suit. Also had to put a towel up at the bottom of the door to stop wind blowing in the room as it was a very cold & windy outside & the heater was struggling to cope. Small things were not attended to on the second night. Milk for tea and toiletries were not replaced. Bathroom antiquted Constantly getting moths through broken ceiling fan. Needed a refurbish and I Was charged as a single the same rate as my friends double rate. Room was clean but very small. Very small room for 2 people and quite noisy.
