Seasons Restaurant serves Australian and Mediterranean style cuisine with a hot or cold breakfast available to start the day or a cold serve breakfast delivered to your room the previous night. Guests can access to the restaurant via an internal corridor from their room. Ground floor rooms have parking in front, and first floor rooms have parking close by the building or undercover at the rear of the property. Good location drive less than 5 min to the city. The Manager namely Philip always showing a great smile which is a big tick being a front desk concierge . We were given a clear instruction to check out at 10am. Quite old unique building - outstanding appearance compare to other motel. The menu looks great for big breakfast. Comfortable bedding and plenty of space. Great shower room, hot water system is excellent Toilet ate very clean Excellent customer service Value for money as you get everyth.

The service was amazing and the room was more than comfortable. It was close to the town centre and easy to find. The spa suite was incredible. I would stay there again and again. It is in a quiet location so the impact of traffic noise is minimal. Not far from Armidale main st.My favourite motel to stay in. I love this motel! The room was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant: the meal was divine!. Good TV and great food at breakfast and restaurant. Staff very helpful. Room comfortable. Overall Motel was very good. Clean and comfy rooms, easily heatable - it was cold the night we were there. V accessible. Convenient for the town. Rooms are a little bit shabby - need painting in lighter colours as do the corridors -could be redecorated in a style to reflect the motel's proximity to the Hinton collection in the neram. Also the lighting is dim - needs better reading lights over the bed (common problem in motels) There is nothing to tell you how to turn on the power to the tv - didn't notice switch by the bed till next morning!. Nothing really, apart from the fact that the lower ground floor rooms open to a car park. Nothing is perfect, but this hotel comes close. Spa OK but should be a little hotter. Could have done with extra blanket at nights, to save use of air conditioner. All was gd. The bed was to hard,water pipes a bit noisey,And this is not aimed at the regency itself,but patrons need to respect other peoples comfort when they leave,eg banging car doors and the doors in their rooms. Overall impressions were positive but we were unable to view ABC1 on the television, the entry light in the room was not working and the water pipes in the shower were very noisy. Breakfast overpriced for what was offered. Better options downtown. A fair walk to the town centre from the motel. No skim milk or soy milk available for those that can't have cows milk for cereal. bit out of the way for walking to town centre but other benefits far out way this. Austar choices were limited. Some patrons were overly noisy after the jazz night & not controlled. the hill walking up from the city centre. the tea kettle was ancient. the bed was a bit hard. I had the offer of a lift to my home, Brisbane,so I departed a day early.Unfortunately I was required to pay for the full stay and advised that I should contact letsbookhotel.com . . . which I am now doing!. Motel room was a bit old/dated. Needs a freshening up. The mattress was hard and the pillows need replacing. The rooms need new beds and repairs to the bathrooms as we had to move rooms because of a leaking shower head that could not be switched off. I booked the Hotel because it had a restaurant, but upon arrrival was told that there was no Room Service that night and the Restaurant wasn't open. Pretty dissapointing after driving for a lot of hours and then having to go and find somewhere to eat. Worn carpet in the hallway that is definately a trip hazard, the outer door lock to the hallway is such that unless exteme care is taken, when the key is turned and the door pushed to open, skin will be taken off knuckles. Again, another OH&S hazard. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Needs updating. Small room with old carpet, bathroom exhaust fan did not work,TV very old and could not receive all channels. The whole motel needs refurbishing and staff not really friendly and welcoming. Very disappointed and not as depicted on website. everything, not worth the money not very modern We travel a lot would not stay at any letsbookhotel.com if like this, would go back to Armidale but not stay at Regency. The pillow cases on the bed were not ironed therefore I did not know if they were clean. The spare pillows had long black hairs on then......they were NOT CLEAN therefore maybe the sheets were not clean either, I expected nice white sheets, orange went out many years ago and looked very grotty.
