  Absolutely brilliant! Staff was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong room and but was not a problem to fix that up and put us in the room I ment to book. Quiet location. Didn't hear any traffic noise. Facilities were ample and clean. Extra pillows provided and plenty of room for luggage.   The friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold.
