Friendly helpful staff all round - very clean. 1 bed apartment - comfortable and quiet. Big bathroom, quality bed and 2 tv's! Rm 505 all good. Pancake house 50m away, backpackers next door didn't bother us. Close to everything. We recommend staying here :) ..lovely meals at Kowloon restaurant, china town and the Stag on the end of Rundle.

I stayed down the road for the first two nights in a very inferior place. I found your hotel to be spotlessly clean, very stylish with every facility that I required. I also liked the fact that if I decided to forgo a room clean I received a voucher for the bar. People who stay for a couple of nights don't need to waste resources to have a useless

During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location in Adelaide, walking distance of Budget rental cars! Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

Well equipped and comfy room. Not as small as the blurb suggested. It was compact but not cramped. Design was good. The new concierge service worked well. Nice apartment, staff were friendly and very helpful. Was a good location for us as near our friends who we went to visit. it is about a $30 cab to CBD or there is a train station close by. We wanted to spend last day in the city and the hotel organised for the CBD quest to mind our baggage so we didn't need to come back before heading to airport. Mawson Lakes is very nice too.

I liked the location of the hotel and also the size of the rooms. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.
