Loved the location, amenities (although in need of a good clean) and comfortable bed I would stay again but I wouldn't book through La lofts

The fact that " La lofts" doesn't exist as a location it was extremely difficult to locate, the staff at the front desk were frosty due to the manner in which we booked and we were promise fresh towels of which never arrived in fact if you needed anything you had to call them and not the front desk. And the we met the staff member for lalofts in a side ally to collect the key and finalize payment not a good look!

Parking was a bit hit and miss with the allocated spot often taken by someone else. Also as the staff are not on site, there's no one to complain to (on one night we had some very noisy couples till all hours whose partying extended into the corridors).

The staff were extremely friendly, we were very impressed by our accommodation and will definitely stay again.

There wasn't siufficient parking for our stay. On more then one occasion we were forced to find alternative parking which was highly inconvenient. Also our room description included a dvd player we were unable to lacate a dvd player anywhere in our room

Spacious rooms. Nice kitchen and lounge area. Tram stop and shops and restaurants close by.

The all in one washer dryer takes far too long. It also got stuck mid cycle and we had to call maintenance. Had to call for extra towels as 4 people booked to stay but only two towels. Both this issues dealt with promply.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything a self-catering apartment needs for a business-related city trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and crucially easily contactable if I needed something. I also appreciated being able to leave my bags until my afternoon flight departure.

I loved the convenience of the closeness to the Convention Centre (straight across the road), trams, city, shops and how the taxis were so accessible. The airport is about 20 mins away and our taxi only cost $23.

The cafe/bistro wasnt open on our busiest day (we were there on a business conference)

The apartment's location, so handy for everything even the information centre right next door. It was very comfortable with little road noise - a lovely modern apartment. We hope to go back!

The noise of the wind through the air-conditioning on our last day right outside our door. We were told it was like it on every floor. We thought it was a child with a whistle - it was quite loud. We could have moved but didn't want the inconvenience on our last day.

Well set up as far as plates, cooking utensils etc. 2 tvs - loved it!! Nice to have a balcony. Roomy. Convenient location, close to shops and public transport and to where I was working.

No plug for the bath. There was a wet patch on the floor of the cupboard where I had placed my laundry bag which I didn't notice till my clothes had soaked through. Let them know via email and got no response.

We booked a two room deluxe apartment, as advised we called Kevin prior to arrival and asked if we could store baggage earlier than check in time. Kevin was most agreeable and organised to meet us there. Kevin arrived at the hotel on time was very courteous and welcoming. Apartment was just what we needed, quite well kept and plenty of room to spread out, comfortable lounge chairs as requested for hubby's bad back. Close to all transport options just walk out the door one minute walk to tram or bus stop, three minutes to the train station. Loved having access to the pool gym and spa. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

A couple of extra towels would have been good, only provided with one towel each for four day stay but mini laundry to wash and dry clothes /towels although dryer was not in good working condition. Concern that a maintenance person arrived without notice let himself in while my husband was asleep! Not sure what that was all about.

Shower floor needs to be cleaned by using diluted bleach .The free standing drawers needs to be relocated to the left of the hand basin where the power point is thus removing any safety issues when using the hairdryer.

Couldn't fault the apartments at all or the young woman who checked is in. Very polite and met me on time at the apartments. We wanted a weekend to do nothing but relax and that's exactly what we got.

There was noise from the other apartments but that can't reflect badly on the owner of the one I stayed in.

Difficult to find - Taxi driver could not find address given which was 92 Nth Tce - Building is identified 96 Nth Tce and labelled Oaks Embassy Hotel. La Loft is not mentioned on building and Oaks Hotel staff not very helpful.

Locality, clean and roomy apartment. Gym and pool facilities.

On arrival there was no toilet paper, no teaspoons, no extra blankets if you feel the cold. Dishwasher was not working. Two of the down lights in main bedroom where blown so not working. The kitchen for a family needs to better stocked with utensils and crockery. E.g a frypan and oven tray would be good.

Centrally located, close to all transport and shopping, with exceptional view over the city from room 1402. Reception staff at desk downstairs excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished. Dipti met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

Stayed 8 nights but room was not serviced at all throughout this time - very disappointing. Only one pot, no potato peeler, small vegetable knife or salt and pepper.

We liked the location, the level in the building -high so it was light and airy. The fact there were extra towels, tissues and toilet paper.

Place superficially clean-needs a thorough clean, beds and linen quality only ok, tv in main bedroom didnt work properly, no reading lights in the bedrooms, coffee table seen better days. no ipod dock.

The location was vey convinient as my father in law was in hospital at ARH. Was walking distance to all the things we needed. The room had every thing we needed for our week stay.

With 3 men n 1 women 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper don't go far. We ended up having to buy our own. The ariel connection to the TV in the main room was snapped off, so the TV reception was very poor. Last but not least, there were lolly wrapers in the wardrobe's.

The check in procedure was weird as the apartment was in the Oaks Embassy apartment block. This was not communicated at the time of booking. Thus there was no one on site to help.

Excellent location to city and parks. Could be a good set-up if regular maintenance carried out.

Difficult to park when booking in. Parking not guaranteed due to limited number of spaces. Poor maintenance e.g. only one light working in bedroom, door to balcony would not lock. Shower shelf broken and not replaced. TV not working as batteries in remote needed to be replaced. Dish washer not working when I arrived or when I left. Charged 3% on credit card total - and was not advised there would be a charge. Hardly sufficient water coming from shower head to wash yourself properly.

The pool was shut, but didnt appear to have anything wrong with it as it was full of water and the pool and spa/sauna was one of the reasons we booked. Nothing on website to say pool was closed. Kitchen needs bigger pots and more utensils for cooking, spatulas, wooden spoons ect
