  The owner Joey , his uncle the cleaning staff were great. Very nice and very friendly people. I felt at home and very safe. The location of the apartment was perfect. I was able to get to the main city and San Nicolas quickly. The ocean was just one block away. Beautiful view of the ocean during the day and the sunset was out of this world. I... what people say » t's a must see! - Small and friendly accommodation with pool and jacuzzi. Joey and his Uncle were very helpful. Free use of snorkel equipment and sun chairs. Resident iguanas. Try ZeeRover restaurant 10 minute bus ride on outskirts on St Nicolas for seafood on the waters edge, fresh cooked, eat with fingers.

  Great rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. One of the best hotels on the beach. We would definitely go back. We had one of the less expensive rooms because our view was of the Ritz Carlton. The reservation had a note about possible noise, but the new hotel is practically ready so there is no construction noise anymore. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The adult quiet area is a great place to relax and do absolutly nothing. The gym was nice.
