  A cosy place with the most amazing spa: Jaccuzzis, hot pool, steamroom, sauna, massage etc., all situated in a forest-like environment. Exellent breakfast. Gonna take my wife there, ALONE. - It was nice, we enjoyed our stay. Most of the time we went out for tours. Staff was very friendly.

  what a beautiful house! I stayed there for 2 days with my wife. The owner was very kind and gave us useful information to do activities in the El Calapate. moreover room is perfect, especially large, clean and gorgeous. also the kichen located in my room was very convinence and useful. we cooked our dishes and had a nice time. - Room was very nic... what people say » e and clean,10 mins walk into the centre where you can find supermarket and restaurant. The owner Soon is very nice and helpful. She helped us to organize a day trip to Glacier,mini ice trekking is recommended. Breakfast was okay with selection of bread,cheese,ham,yogurt drink,cereal etc. - Best hotel we stayed in during our 2 months in Ar. Modern apt style rooms with lots of space to spread out. Owners were very friendly & helpful. Their daughter was also very Good with English & booked our tours made lunches and got us to the airport with ease. Grounds were pretty & immaculate

  We were quite amazed by the quality of the facilities and room considering the price we paid for it. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is great. Although it is not in the center, Calafate is really a small town and the Hotel is within walking distance (10 m) from the main streets. - Extremely supportive staff. Very good breakfast (one of the best we found in Argentina). Marcelo (the taxi driver) can be highly recommended for individual tours.

  Vientos del Sur is a real find and Paz, who runs the place is a real gem. She picked our family of three and all our luggage up at the bus station and drove us back after our three night stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly cleaned. We highly recommend Vientos del Sur. It is next to the start of all the hiking trails.   Perfect hotel. We will go there again if we visit El Calafate. The hotel owners were very friendly. The man drove us to and back the city centre for free (free hotel service!). The wife cooked for us whatever we wanted. And it tasted very good. Ask her lamb stew with patato's. Myriam indeed cooks great, we stayed for the dinner at the hotel and had very good steaks. Location is remote, but the owner kindly suggests round trip to the city centre if needed.
