  the proprietor was very helpful solving 2 issues First my Uruguay car permit and 2 my mud caked situation after getting the car stuck. This is the only hotel in the country with wheel chair accessible swimming pool. Nelidha is a leading exponent of disabled access and a disabled tourism expert and knowledgable on all travel. Clean modern comfortable rooms. Excellent fresh breakfast in wonderful setting. Kind attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful location on the lake. Great architectural design to take advantage of fantastic views. Only a 10 minute walk to town centre. Excellent

  Breathtaking, fantastic, stunning... I am missing adjectives to qualify this place! A must do if you are planning to go to Bariloche. Everything, from the building itself, to the surroundings, food, personnel and spa was perfect. Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook. Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # - I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional). The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.
