I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

We stayed in Hotelmo which is next store to the Mantengase hotel, they offered private rooms with private bathroom. Everything was fantastic from the location, service, the owners of the complex are very very accommodating. Even though we couldnt speak a word of spanish and they couldnt speak a word of english, they bent over backwards to assist

The hostel is very well located, close to some important points of the city or with easy access to buses. We stayed in the double room, the decoration is nice, detailed chosen and with colors... The people that received us at the hotel treated us as their family, caring if we had everything... the breakfast was good too... the front house, where we were having the breakfast, has turtles, dogs and a funny parrot, what made the experience even better for us... I highly recommend!

Simply the best choice in Buenos Aires! Extremly helpfull staff, very clean rooms, nice clean common bathrooms with hot water anytime. Great various breakfast. Functional WiFi and perfect location just few steps from the main square and Metro station. Extra: safes in the room, possibility of BBQ on the roof of the hostel.

The hostal is an old colonial building. It has original features and large shuttered windows, it is beautiful and is walking distance to the antiques market, bars and main areas while feeling vey local and not overly touristy. The owners and the people that worked there were friendly and accomodating especially Pablo and even the surly but caring Muigel. There was another very nice man there but I didn't get his name.

The hostel is in Montserrat, a central area of BA. Not the best area of the city, but a central one (15-20 min walking from the Obelisco), generally safe and quite close to a SUBTE station.
