  Everything. Very nice staff, excellent location for Palermo Viejo/Soho area. We used buses/subway, so also fairly convenient to get around the city on 140 bus and D subte at Plaza Italia. Given the chic design, very good breakfast(with hot options at no extra cost), we found this an excellent value. We arrived really early and they gave us to have breakfast without charge since our room wasn't yet ready. Great location - right in the heart of trendy Palermo Soho.   The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.

  This was an excellent option for us and the others who joined us on holidays here. Big rooms, very convenient and in a safe area. Great value. Really helpful english speaking staff. - Location is perfect, nice room, good bed and great restaurants only a few blocks away from the hotel, ask the staff they had some great suggestions.
