Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean, its located in the center of the city, and if you get a room not facing the street you won't be hearing the noise from the street. I very much recommend this hotel... Its good value for money.

The hotel looks a bit run down but the rooms upstairs must be newly renovated because they were really modern and nice. Good value and well located in the city centre. Very clean, staff are friendly.
Big rooms, clean and airy with perfect location to San Martin. Never a
problem walking home by myself since there were always people around.

Hard to take a shower without soaking the floors...
The breakfast is outside the hotel which can be an issue for some of
the guests.

The reception is on the first floor, you have to take a long stairway, there is no elevator. So, not easy with the luggage.
The room and bathroom are very, very small, especially the bathroom is claustrophobic.
For breakfast you have to go to another location, in a bar 2 blocks away. The breakfast was very poorly.
The public spaces are very rundown and quite tacky. You have to carry your luggage up at least one tall level and two if you have an upper room. No elevator of any kind.
