  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

There is a kitchen so if one wants to cook some simple meals, it is possible. Area is residential but close to everything. Downtown accessible by taxi or by bus.   The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station. A Taxi ride to AEP airport is about 70 pesos, to Puerto Mad... what people say » ero is about 80 pesos. You can be very independent in this apart hotel. - Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases..
