The Staff was very congenial and gave excellent service.
The breakfast was great The location was fantastic I was there for a face lift and my doctor was only 7 blocks away which made it very convenient. I would definitely recommend the Hotel. No one speaks English but that didn't matter because you could always get your request understood. -

Location of the studio was great, walking distance from the subway. It was in a secure building with Felicio, the concierge, very nice and helpful. He helped us get a taxi to go back to the airport.
Beds are really good. The apartment is a little bit out dated but everything was working well and nothing was lacking. I would go back over there -

The staff are really friendly and helpful and the room is serviced daily. It is only a fifteen min walk to Calle Florida. Bus services are just around the corner and there are two really good restaurants (as well as a third not-so-wonderful Mexican) directly opposite. -

Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping.
Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!)

Had a great stay at Baires Soho, Carla speaks very good English, and was an excellent host. She helped me plan all my sightseeing and give me maps.
The location is perfect, only 10 mins walk to Metro, and only 5 mins walk to the bars and restaurants in Plaza Serrano.

The staff were fantastic! One of us (travelling in group of 4) was really unwell and the staff went out of their wayto help out. Nice clean rooms and great staff. Easy access to major sites. - the staff were so friendly, the rooms were clean, charming.
