Location was great very close to great bars and shops and parillas and the san telmo market on sundays and the staff we're great..room's were very funky and great value. very nice hotel, recepition are also very helpful. pretty good location, and style of room is very attractive. highly recommended to others. The reception was extremely helpful and informative. San telmo was also nice and quite.

The Hotel is located in a central spot in San Telmo which makes it very easy to walk to many good restaurants, San Telmo Street Fair, important attractions, major streets/ avenues and transportation to other Boroughs like Palermo & Recoleta. The cleaning staff did a good job with our room & the Reception staff were a good resource in pointing us in the right direction for activities. Large and spacious rooms that were well designed and featured large, comfy beds. Very modern, as it had only just been built. Personnel is generally friendly and helpful. 9 de Julio avenue very close by. The room was very big and modern. The bathroom was good. Localization, cleanness and Value for money. Spacious room. Friendly staff except one rude guy. Place only open a few months and need to get into proper systems with everyday running a little bit disorganised but it had no bearing on our stay, would definitely recommend to other's and would definitely stay again...maybe let people about argentinas 21%on hotels. breakfast is little bit simple. Initially we were a bit taken aback at the area but after a while we settled in and found the location excellent, we could walk everywhere. Shame the ceiling wasnt finished otherwise the room was 10/10. N/A. The AC/Heating is centralized (who does that in a hotel!?). Cleaning staff were noisy in the mornings. Reception did not tell us that there is a $6 (pesos) surcharge to call a cab to the hotel. Staff did not make it clear that full breakfast (a la carte) was included with our rate - we thought it was continental only because that was what was displayed in the restaurant. Ceiling and some light switches weren't finished off properly. Neighborhood of San Telmo is not very welcoming, and there's a lot of poverty to be seen, along with some very bumpy sidewalks. The staff were were unfriendly. Didnt tell us anything and seemed very arrogant. We had to ask them about everything, check out time, where the pool was (as its well hidden behind a door with no sign to indicate a pool area) nothing was explained and when asking simple questions it felt like we were annoying them. The service was not of a 4 stars hotel (maximum 2 stars). The breakfast was poor and very neglected by the employees (things were not clean and not well done). No professionalism at all at reception (no telefone, no Visa working, etc). Strange instalation. Though there is a remote-control device in the room, it was impossible to regulate the temperature. I had to asked the front staff to put on/off the heater. One receptionist was extremely rude and did not admit that he had commited a serious mistake. In the end, I got double charged. The owner promised to pay me back. But he has not done it yet. I am still waiting for the refund.
