Excellent rooms. Very good pool-spa and gym.Very close to Patio Bullrich a small but nice shopping. Very close to very good argentine restaurants !!!. Ubicación. Cochera en el mismo Hotel. Amable atención del personal. Pileta. Gimnasio. Jardín expectacular para tomar algo o desayunar. Location was good. The hotel does have a beautiful garden area out back and the pool is excellent.

Bell boys were nice and helpful, rooms were good, prices were exorbitant - all overshadowed by appalling reception staff. The swiming pool And the gym. Also the gardens. The bathroom was big with many services. Swimming pool, gym , and location. Absolutely nothing. breakfast and Wifi not included . probably the hotel could include in price. but not so uch money. Hotel does not pay for Wifi !!! Breakfast could be $ 15 and not $ 30. WIFI no incluído en el precio. They are one of the few hotels that still charge for the internet and 23 $ us is over the top. The cost for breakfast was expensive. Internet service should be included in the price of hotel or the guest should be able to obtain password directly at webpage and not to call to the desk. Internet is an extra charge. Only cafeteria style food available in the evenings more restaurant outlets would normally be expected in a 5 star hotel. There are however fine restaurants within walking distance. wi-fi passcodes needed for bedrooms. Nothing. language was sometimes a bit of a problem. the betspread had a stain. the breakfast not included. suggest you include in the price of room a continental breakfast, not only a costly buffet. there is nothing to dislike. The Reception Staff - rude, unhelpful, told lies, slow, reluctance to serve, extremely defensive especially the supervisor when we complained about the inordinate delay in having our luggage delivered to our room - finished up having to go and get it ourselves - refused a discount for their abmisal service, supervisor promised to 'send something to our room' instead - nothing eventuated. Would never stay there again. The shower dind't work well And the barhroom get wet. Everything is extra. Good rate, poor services. The final price can be double than initial rate. Breakfast poor , tax for wi-fi , tax for breakfast. Not value For money. The. Rates from. Booking don't apply I was charged 80 dollars per day extra for my3 years old chil Bed, and an extra 21 percent tax for everything almost double. Employees cannot even. Use a credit card machine and they double charged me. I am still trying to get my money back.
