The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had read some not-so-great reviews of it after booking, and was considering changing hotels after the reviews... and I was glad I didn't! The staff was fantastic, the included breakfast was amazing, and most importantly i always felt like i was safe and my important items were very secure in their safe. - Anonymous

Rooms at Level 8 and up are fully renovated with douple window to reduce noise level. The rooms are great. Staff was extremly helpful and friendly. In additioan, the loactioan is excellent. - Claudia
