This is hostel/hotel, but with the hotel room you wouldn't feel like you were in a hostel. Hotel rooms are all en suite and very spacious and clean with aircon and the best hot powerful shower! It's great for people travelling alone or backpacking as there is a great friendly atmosphere around when you come home at night there is always a group of people to stay up and socialise with. Near to the main city centre, just a few stops away on the train line. Palermo is a good 30 mins by taxi away.

I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!. The hostel is located in the heart of San Telmo, many buses and a Subte station nearby. The staff is friendly and very helpful - offers maps and tips. breakfast was basic but good. recommended for young travelers, budget friendly. Like a budget hotel in Europe. Very clean, quite and fairly modern. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the hotel like feel after months in different hostels. Near to Almost everything: Microcentro, San Telmo, La Boca where you can easily go on foot. The staff is well prepared and give good tips about restaurants. The staff where always helpful. Breakfasts were very good as well as the staff who cooked. Always willing to help when you needed directions, taxis, events. Beautiful place! Kind staff, nice breakfast and cool atmosphere. Excellent location and pleasant room. the location in san telmo and the breakfast. Nothing to dislike. The Wi-Fi was not very accessible from our room, it was quite slow. We ordered pizza for dinner at the hostel on our first night there and it was quite terrible. Breakfast is basic but hey, it is in most places in Argentina. We thought the pool would be heated when it was cold (and have a jacuzzi). We had some really cold days in Buenos Aires, but the pool was even colder and we never saw the bubbles. Nothing. One light on the hall of our room wasn't working. Nothing too bad, though. Like everything!. The towels are very old and torn, but clean. I stayed there from 20th to 21st and from 26th to 27th April 2013. In both nights I was awake because of noise. The hotel staff cannot control the guests and / or the restaurant. This is a pitty, because everything else is OK. The internet was not working for the majority of our three-day stay. Also, the linen and towels were stained in places and had holes in them. The price was not the one i booked for !!! I payed 107 € against 65 € written on the website; I didn t understand why, the hostel said the change is not exact on the website, so value for money is not ok for the price paid.
