  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet. Spacious luxurious accommodation in a great location. The customer service we received would have to be the best we have received anywhere in the world. I highly recommend the Trump and we will definently be back.

  The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind). Location was great - very picturesque and away from the city centre (though still accessible via the courtesy shuttle bus). - Everything was great.... τι λέει ο κόσμος » .facilities, service, staff. Rooms are very confortable, including the bed. Good location, out of the crowed beach of the center but close enougth of Waikiki. Breakfast is amazing and also the restaurants in the resort.

  Free shuttle to and from airport is great. Our room was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Liked the fact that there was a laundry room on our floor ( we did one load of wash), and for future reference noted the microwave, empty refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The little store downstairs had a good selection of items, from... τι λέει ο κόσμος » foods that could be heated up in the microwave, to socks. Also liked that there was a stamp machine and an atm machine available. Seems like a lot of - We stayed for one night before continuing on with our vacation. Loved the size of the hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Enjoyed walking in the area and going to Byron's. We would definately stay here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. We walked thru the Best Western but preferred your hotel, less busy and more personal and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  Was just a one night stay leaving Honolulu early in the morning... staff great, helped with info to get into town, room great, clean, comfortable, and free pick up from airport on way back from islands, and then early drop off at 5 am... - Only stayed overnight for flight the next day, but found the hotel very comfortable and staff very helpful a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nd accomodating. Proximity to airport is most convenient, and also, bus stop where I took bus to the Ala Moana shopping plaza.
