  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

  I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out.   The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the Mall of America couldn't be better. We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. I have told all my friends about it. - Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.
