Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon.
During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless

The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh -
very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

This is my second stay. I was a little hesitant after some reviews I had seen. I was perfectly satisfied. Some people just like to complain. - Perfect location if u want to be in ocean drive, the reception girl was very helpful to find transport and fun.

The room was clean, comfortable and I really enjoyed the bed. It was a little hard but that is the way I like it so it was a problem. I was two days in this hotel. It was a very good stayng. You can stay in a very quit zone near the Ocean Drive, with a lot services. Rooms are very confortable and clean. You can have all we found in other 5 star hotel, but in a smaller dimension. I liked very much for particular things, like: drinkings very researched, chocolate on the table, bed very relaxing, cream for body, liquid tooth cleaner,.....
The receptionist was very kindly and helped with a lot of information.

the hotel was central to all South Beach Miami had to offer. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was small but had everything you would need for your trip. we asked for a quiet room and we were kindly accommodated.

great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.
