This was a wonderful hotel. I'll be staying here on all my futuretrips to la. It was clean, in a great location, and the staff wasvery friendly. - The environment was relaxing and flowers are beautiful. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Great location and very comfortable. Not a luxurious hotel but a great value in the heart of Westwood Village. Free breakfast was quite good as these things go. Convenient for visiting UCLA. -
Great location, very comfortable beds, nice size rooms. The desk clerk on the morning of 2/10/2013 was very helpful and pleasant.

Great location and very easy to get from lax airport. Close to Venice
Beach and Santa Monica. Not the cheapest hotel in area but previous
experience of Marriott quality did not disappoint. Would stay there
again and recommend to others. -

I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants,
movie theather, bowling alley, and Target. When I had a problem with my
room type and the non working refrigerator they addressed it the next
morning, apologized repeatedly,offered a 50.00 credit toward the room
without me asking and provided complimentary bottles of cold bevera

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

From the moment I arrived at the Sheraton Universal I was completely happy that I made the right decision. I asked for a room with a view and was allocated a corner room with sweeping 180 degrees views. The comfort of the bed at the Sheraton is of course legendary -

We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -

Our stay at Marina del Rey was excellent. Although the front desk could not find anything on our reservation, which said that morning the man was included.

Stayed here for just one night at the end of a trip that began and
finished at la. Great location close to Venice beach and Santa Monica.
Also very convenient to the airpot. Initial days of our California trip
we got an la hotel as home base close to Hollywood. But later we
selected this hotel close to the airport and the beaches before
returning home. Free parking and excellent wifi free connection is a
bonus at this hotel. Rooms are clean. Nice staff at the hotel.

OMG....I would like to start out by saying this hotel was amazing and the staff from the day I got there till the morning I left were friendly and inviting. They treated us with so much passion. Lastly, the hotel is awesome the elevator was way cool. I couldn't help but to take a video while I proceed down the elevator. And the room was the icing on the cake. The photo's do not do this hotel justice! The essence of this hotel of rich history or sport, that dark, seductive feel to the rooms- it really was such a wonderful stay! Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through,
long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of,
particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my
name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store
there... And I even had a dramatically different haircur!

Room was well appointed, large and modern.
Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance.
Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable.
Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles.
The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.
