Very clean, great view, nice staff and walking distance to the boardwalk, beach & club life. I recommend this hotel to anyone! They give you a nice little complimentary breakfast too.

We had room with kitchen, but there was a lack amenities. The room should have been better cleaned prior to arrival.

Roof patio was great for looking over the beach & surrounding areas and enjoying the activities on the boardwalk.

Room was lovely and clean, windows faced ocean. Luxurious bed. Attentive, friendly staff. Location is perfect: short walks to restaurants and to heart of Venice boardwalk.
Room was lovely, but small. You can remedy this by using the shared outdoor patio (with sofa, chairs, tables) as an "extension" of your room.

Excellent hotel. Right on the beach. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. very clean and tidy. breakfast was good.
24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast good - overlooking beach offered bagels and fruit, cereal. Bed really comfortable. Luxury toileteries. Parking free we bagged a place outside tge door. View overlooking beach was excellent.
Shower a bit small. Only 2 small bottles of water for 2 nights stay in room.
Great location in quieter streets right on the beach a short walk to Muscle Beach area and around the corner from restaurants and cafes. Roof terrace for sunsets.

We loved the boutique size, great location and views, and the fact it was right on the beachfront, and close to some good restaurants. Staff were very friendly - this place was a gem for us for a couple of days of relaxing before flying home from our holiday.

Location was fabulous, right on the Venice Beach boardwalk and the beach itself. Great restaurants and bars within a few meters. We had the patio suite, acres of space and direct acces to the patio area. Staff were super efficient and very friendly.

Location is excellent, right on the Ocean walk near the Venice pier. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars on Washington and Abbot Kinney. Two patios to relax on, watch the sunset and enjoy a bottle of wine.

The guy at the reception desk, Lenny, is very nice and Helpful. The place is clean, and have an excellent location, right in front of the beach. They also have a nice place on the roof, to chill watching the sunset having a drink.
1. The price was really over rated. Very expensive for a simple room without air conditioning. If you're not on a budget, this wouldn't be a problem. 2. They only have 8 spaces for parking to attend 13 rooms.
This hotel was right on the beach, clean and cozy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This location is very convenient to anything you want to do in LA!
The parking situation wasn't ideal, but wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

We loved the room with the ocean view with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exactly what we like and we loved going to the roof to people watch and enjoy the ocean and sunsets.

The location is outstanding! The one bedroom suite was huge, simply furnished and immaculate. Very personalized vibe from the staff.
Neither of the TVs worked. (Either that or they were IQ tests that I failed.) Found out after I was already in my PJs and didn't call anyone to fix it.

Great location - right on the beach! Very small, but comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast & on-site parking included in price. Lovely patio w/tables on ground level - great for people watching. Also liked the rooftop patio. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
We had 2 rooms - one oceanfront , the other on the back side of building. Oceanfront room could get ocean breezes with windows open. Back room had minimal ventilation even with windows open. In both rooms ceiling fans wobbled when set to highest speeds.
Great view, right on the beach. I will definitely return for another get away. Walking distance to shopping, eating and drinks.

Amazing location: waking up by the ocean shore was my favorite thing.. A room with ocean view is a must! The staff were helful and friendly..it s a small boutique hotel but would chalange many big hotel chains in the vicinity. Will come back for sure!
Just a little note about breakfast: I liked the simplicity of it, enough for the non fussy...tea and Coffee, cereals, juice, fresh fruits and assorted bagels...but i d recomend the hotel provides a little tray to carry the breskfast to the terrace or patio

Very expensive for what it offers but the price is fair if compared with other similar Hotels in Los Angeles area. Everything in California is anyway overpriced.

The room was adorable with and spacious with a kitchenette, a shared patio and it was literally right on the beach. Loved it. The price was so good I was expecting it to be run down and junky but it was amazing. Great staff too.

So close to the beach. The room was lovely.
Only 8 parking spaces and not advised before arriving. My husband who has a bad back and on allot of medication had to find parking and it took him a long time to return to the hotel and in allot of pain. Very small hotel.
