  The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked if we could have a few extra coffee pods. The women were so kind an... τι λέει ο κόσμος » d helpful...they truly seemed to enjoy pleasing guests. Good job keeping your staff Happy. That is what reflects directly on a Guests experience . Kee - I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes. The express check-out service was brilliant!

  The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! - Family really enjoyed the convenience to the parks via the boats.
