The hotel was very pretty, staff was nice, rooms were confortable. Near subway stations, bus stops, etc., also the surroundings were very nice. - Hotel was great, perfect location for seeing all the sights. Perfect location for walking to nearby attractions, shopping and nightlife.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! Also, the door man was such a delight...helped get our car, load the car, offered help with directions, even gave our son some small toys! -

Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

Very helpfull and careful staff (Personaly thanks to gay working in reception 1st of June, 2008). - It was in a good area within easy reach of all the things we wanted to do with rapid access to the T.line and cabs. As an alternative to high priced hotels, the Oasis just can't be beat. It's located near two T-stops making it easy to get downtown. The staff is fantastic - helpful and accommodating. Relatively quiet location in a busy city, near the Symphony Hall and the Museum of Fine Arts; also Fenway Park. Very efficiently run by experienced owners who have been in the business 30 years.

Quite an expensive hotel but not a lot more expensive than other hotels

Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!
