staff very accomodating. Everyone made us feel very welcome, even with a small child. The residence didn't seem to enjoy all the activites. -

Everyone was friendly and professional. We had dinner at the resturant
one night and our waiter Yemane ask about our visit. We mentioned our
anniversary and later that evening a gift arrived at our room.What a
wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable, small but that is what we
chose. The hotel was near the attractions we wanted to see.We had a

The downtown location is great. Close to the mall, a metro station, the
aquarium, coca-cola, underground Atlanta, plenty of stuff to do. The
staff is friendly and the room was clean. The concierge is very helpful
and informative. The pool deck is really nice.

We had an amazing suite close to 700sq ft, vs same price at Westin for a
300sq ft room with less amenities. Our room was very modern with a
kitchen, fully loaded with dishes and utensils, dining room table,
couch, chairs, computer desk, 2 televisions and private balcony. From

All the staff were great. It was a pleasant experience. The person who
checked me in was great. I wish I could remember her name. I wrote it
down and then lost it. I wish I could present her name. I had a
wonderful time. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the hotel is for

The friendliness of the staff was top notch. I loved the free wi-fi computers in the lobby. The luxury of the hotel in itself was a vacation from home. These are not just hotel rooms, but full apartments. I got one with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, etc. A great experience! - The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.

Staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating! Also, the courtesy car usage was an outstanding perk to have that enabled convenient transportation to nearby locations, and saved on taxi fares. The hotel felt safe and upscale in all aspects. Will recomment and will return, -
