I initially chose your hotel for it's location and price..Close to
Amtrak, Downtown, easy access to the Metra rail/buses so we could
visit all the Museums, Parks, Restraunts and don't forget "
Shopping "..But your Hotel Staff is what will bring me

We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was
spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked
the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The
location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice
long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with
the facility and would definitely stay there again.

I read reviews of the Ohio House Motel before booking, and could not
believe all the positive reviews about the staff. But somehow they
exceeded my expectations! So friendly and helpful, they really made
us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a
claim made by all hotels and motels, but a promise not always kept.
Keep it up! -
The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome!
They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to
be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a
really great time being in Chicago. Luxury at a very reasonable price! I

When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
location, too.

Primarily a convention hotel this hotel still offers a great location
and excellent service for tourists. A 20 minute walk to Navy Pier and
easy walking to the Magnificent Mile and State Street so no matter which
side of the river you want to explore this hotel offers a convenient

The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept
better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge
washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless
basin but not in the Blackstone. The room was spacious and on the 21st
floor we had a magnificent view of Lake Michigan and over to Navy Pier

Beds ultra comfortable, rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and
staff were excellent ... Plus the tapas restaurant on site was great!
Overall Much better than the Hilton Chicago next door. Several
colleagues of mine left that hotel and moved to this and were extremely
happy. Great value for money for a 4 star!

Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. I wish we had had the option of two queen beds instead of two doubles. -

Location-it was really close to all of the shops and there was a bus stop right out front, making transportation elsewhere extremely easy. The staff was extremely helpful. - The staff was extremely accomodating and the hotel is in a great location.

the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was
help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right
direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful,
friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to an

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!
