The bed and sheets were so so comfortable!
Probably the best nights sleep in a long while! Cookies are yummy and free!! The staff is wonderful and the roomservice breakfast was delicious! We were very sad to go!! -

Bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, bellman was able to hail a cab for us on the way to the airport, location was great because we did alot of Meatpacking and Chelsea sightseeing. I think this area gives you more insight to the lifestyle of a true New Yorker- versus staying in Times Square. I would definitely come ba

Nice place near the metro station. Penn Station also very close to hotel
so you can easily take a train for the main us cities. The Chelsea area
is quiet and some attractions as the rockfeller center and time square
can be reached walking

I booked this hotel for my second visit to New York and it was great. The rooms were very large for NYC with a nice view of the Empire State Bldg. What I liked the most was how clean and modern the hotel was. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. The rooftop deck provided nice views of the city as well. Breakfast was also a nice feature. Eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. Great value for the money. I felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, king-sized bed very comfortable, a small desk with internet/wifi, TV, closet for clothes, and nice bathroom. The brunch was very good - good food with a lot of different offerings. However, go early as can get crowded late morning. Excellent choice - I would definitely go back again.

The room was perfect! Incredible view of the harbour and comfortable. The front staff were very helpful and will certainly stay on our nexy visit. It was so peaceful to get on a ferry after the pace in Manhattan-loved everything about this hotel! - Easy to get downtown good view lots of places to see around hotel Safe and Secure

An other 5* hotel where i stayed in the same wk used a fee of $6.-/10 min! Breakfast had a big variety of everything and enough of it .

I loved metro. Its exactly what you see in the pictures. No surprises.
The app was bit old and so is the building yet I could see the effort they put into making it a bit nicer. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. I saved a lot money not eating outside. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom more than decent and the studio overal

The service is outstanding!
We checked in after long delays at the airport and lost baggages plus getting lost finding the hotel but it was all worth it. The front desk seeing our tired faces upgraded us free to a much bigger room and arranged a rollaway bed for our ten year old son immediately.
We didn't even have to call and notify that our aircon wasn't working, they knocked on our doors and replaced the unit right away.
The bed is really comfortable and everything is spick and span. Towel

This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time
square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at
the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all
times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people
suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for? This
was a city break

The location, staff, and cleanliness of the room. Excellent all around!
The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't
do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken
out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice!
The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook
in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a
heartbeat.

Excellent location,close to all major attractions in New York in fact
within walking distances.Clean rooms and clean beds with neat linens.In
fact when I wanted to change the room allotted to me which did not have
a locker to one which had,they did it immediately. The staff at the
counter are well trained and ready to help.Excellent comlementary

The hotel is on walking distance of Times Square and offers a nice breakfast: good variety. Throughout the day free coffee and tea is available in the lobby. The fitness is relatively small but good, with new equipment (2 tredmills, 1 cross trainer, a bike and some weights). Although our room was almost next to the elevator, it didn't bother us. There are only 6 rooms per floor, which limits the traffic.
