The location of the apartment is fantastic, we loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. It was like a home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and internet access. There were beach towels and everything that you need to pack a lunch for a day out. It was close to a shopping center and in a great location for exploring Maui. We would definitely stay there again. The view was beautiful from the balcony/deck. Location was very good, and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Condo, grounds, and pool area were very clean. All the staff super nice. All the birds singing from the trees every morning was beautiful to hear. All the locals, no matter where we went were so friendly!.

The location was a deal breaker for me, right on the beach, incredible views, absolute perfection. The magnificent sunset views from our 6th floor balcony. Early morning walks along an almost deserted beach. Beautiful decor of our unit...#605. Easy access to main road. Good central location for sightseeing, shopping, etc. Wonderful staff. The view was fabulous. I never imagined finding a condo with this kind of ocean-front view for the price. It was located in a quiet part of Kihei, yet very close to all of the restaurants, stores and beaches. I would definitely go back. The place is clean, the view of the sunset is superb, It's very affordable. I was out there for work, the next time I get to travel back to Maui I will bring the whole family and certainly I will have Koa Lagoon as my first choice. We were quite pleased with the accommodations. We enjoyed the view from our balcony. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. We would recommend this to our friends should they be traveling to Hawaii. The size of the room and it was super comfortable. The patio and view were AMAZING. Nice ammenities like coolers and chairs for the beach were surprising and great. The balcony looking out on the sea. The general set up of the condo was very comfortable . Linda was extremely helpful and friendly.,. The location, the view, the room itself, and all the stuff in it was excellent. The pool and the hotel staff were great also. Being on the beach and very quiet. Clean and well cared for. Have stayed here before and always enjoy the condo. - very roomy apartment - fully equipped with kitchen and washing machine and dryer! - very nice view. We spend most of our 'down' time on the balcony enjoying our own piece of paradise. The condo was very comfortable and we met very nice people also staying there. Beautiful setting. Good value. Every thing about it. location facilities. Location was great. Quiet location!. The traffic. It never stopped on the main beach road, so you could hear it all night long. Nothing! Everything was perfect!. N/a. This is very nit-picky, but the decor could used to be updated. We needed a car or bikes. Gardeners started a noisy 2stroke blower at 7.10 am. every day. The noise was very intrusive and surely they could have started the blower at a more reasonable time.,. The bed was a foam mattress and very soft. It was hard to sleep on such a soft mushy mattress. Also, no wireless was a bit disappointing, and we were unable to watch DVDs because we could not figure out how to get the DVD player to work. We liked everything. No complaints. - Door was difficult to open - quite loud since air conditioning loud and keeping window open was not possible due to proximity to the street - bed was very soft. We've stayed there twice and would again. No complaints !. nothing not to like. Use unsecure internet as password was not provided, bedrooms noisy as close to the highway. Noisy kitchen ventilation we were on the top floor 602 Noisy street traffic fan switch in living room mis-functions. The AC and the fan in the guest bed room was not working at all. The AC was too loud and the fan was as if it was about to fall from ceiling when i switched it on. kind of dirty. We did not recieve initial e-mail with instructions how to get into our place. And when we arrived in the evening there was noone to help us in person. So we had to call the agent by the public phone (our cell phone would be too costly) and ask for details. Since then was everything excellent.
