had car trouble immediately upon arrival and our vehicle was in the shop
for a day and a half, thanks to the Shuttle Service, we were picked up
from the garage, taken to different locations in town for food and

Good value for the money spent. Warm and comfortable in the evening. Immediately moved to another room in the Stagecoach annex with no water issues. -
Clean, nice room. Old but well kept up. Muffins, yogurt, and coffee available for breakfast. Location, right in Jackson.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and small frig in the
room. I didn't use it this time, but it could come in handy on
future trips. I liked the way the outside of the hotel fits the area. -

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a small glitch with the
plumbing and they moved us to another room. Even though there was
construction on the road in front of the Lodge, it really wasn't an
inconvenience. The noise wasn't audible from our room. We were even
able to to get the the Mexican restaurant across the street on foot.

I registered on-line and looked at many other hotels; the others would
not give me the mid-week price if Saturday were included but jhl did.
That ultimately made my decision. Everything was as presented, very
comfortable. I slept well, comfortable mattress; could set my own room
temperature.

The gentleman who checked us in (I'm sorry I can't remember his
name) was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain about all the
facilities...the best restaurants in the area...places to go see...He
had a map that he gave us so we could find our way around. We were very

Beautiful, clean, fabulous decor, well designed, very helpful staff. We have stayed all across the west coast of the USA and Southern Canada on this trip and this hotel rates as one of the very best. Very convenient
to have free and efficient laundry facilities for guests. Staff were extremely helpful to assist us when we had a dental emergency. Great location surrounded by high quality wining and dining facilities. This hotel was definitely worth the money we paid.

Cute hotel with some heart, not the normal clinical "in and out" feel. Brekky was great, fresh coffee, bagels and some fresh fruit. Computer/Internet access is free in lobby and there's also a phone that is free for local calls. Really close to town square and good eating spots. Definitely go to Pearl Street Bagels for lunch if you want something

The most friendly and helpful staff. We were very impressed with their service. They even helped us setup a great river rafting trip right from the front desk at a great price. Also, it is only a walk away from down town Jackson Hole. We went window shopping every minute we got and could be back to our apartment in 5 minutes. It was great!

It is very easy to find, right next to a gas station and across from a
grocery store and a McDonalds. It is right next to one of the main
canyons that bring you into Jackson. I thought the location was
fabulous. The staff were very friendly, the room looked clean and so did
the linens. I am always concerned about bathrooms (toilets and

Nice, self-catering apartments in a well maintained motel with full kitchen facilities. Large supermarket and liquor store across the road. Scenic views of the mountains from apartment window. Jackson is a very scenic town offering an endless array of activities including the Grand Tetons NP and the Jackson Hole Ski Resort. Very helpful managers. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. It is in Jackson Wyoming close to Grand Tetons. Very good location, quiet, yet centrally located and close to downtown and entrance to Grand Teton Park. The hotel staff was very helpful and rooms were outstanding. Breakfast was very good and lot of selections. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. -

I had made two different reservations one though letsbookhotel.com and the other with the Painted Buffalo directly. The first reservation was for a king size bed and the other was two queens. The Painted Buffalo staff were very accomodating about consolidating the two reservations so it would not require my husband and I to move half way through

Great location in middle of town, convenient to all the shops and eateries. The theme of the Inn was cool, in line with the area. They had a pretty good continental breakfast inside of a functioning restaurant, and cool and hot complimentary drinks available from the main office all the time.

The ambience at the Rustic Inn was incredible from your initial greeting at the door with fruit infused water. The setting streamside would relax anyone. I loved the cabin instead of rooms, allows much more privacy. The size of the cabin was wonderful, weren't cramped into a small room. Loved how they separated the bathing area from bed area with the curtains so that if someone was still sleeping, they weren't disturbed while you bathed. The mattress was super comfortable. I can go on and on about what I liked about the Rustic. I would definitely come back if I ever return to Jackson Hole.

We've stayed there a couple of times and enjoyed both times. The staff was polite and the room were really clean and luxury. It's a little bit expensive but it was totally worth it! :) The view is MAGNIFICENT! -
Everything, we really enjoyed our stay and the great discount for the off season.
