Location was really nice. And the facilities in this hostel were fantastic! Bathroom is for private use( Everyone can use it but it was a solitary space). Simultaneously, there are lots of them so I could use it whenever I want. Best part of this hostel is the bed itself. Bed was really comfortable. I've travelled lots of other places in States but bed in this hostel was the best. The staff members are friendly also.
όλα τα σχόλια » My 1st hostel experience and it excelled expectation! - staff were so helpful and friendly and know lots about the area. -clean towels , rooms, linen etc- very clean in general. -great breakfast -lots of planned activities -felt safe and luggage was secure in lockers provided in room (bring a lock if u have one). -excellent location, easy to walk to boston commons and public transport. I really liked the activities organised by the hotel. It is not all about boozing (ok you can join a pub crawl) but they also offer e.g. a free tour of Harvard and when I was there, it just happened to be a cook-your-own-Polish-food-event. We were not charged for all the jummy polish food we cooked and ate. It was loads of fun and a great way to get chatting to the other travellers. Everything was amazing. For the most part all of the staff were lovely. Is in a decent location. Mostly important for me was that it was clean and this went above all expectations, everything was always clean and there were always cleaners going around. Great facilities and also a great breakfast included. Must stay for everyone looking for decent, cheap accommodation! Thanks guys!. We had a perfect an pleasant stay. The hostel has all the facilities which are required (eg snacks, PCs with internet connection, wifi,…). Security and access is first-class (big room-doors, key-cards and access around the clock) We had no complains and would recommend the hostel everyone. Excellent value. Next time in boston .. again in HI-Hostel :-). It was all very new and organized. Very clean rooms. Each bed has a cabinet with a lock that can fit precious/important stuff (you have to have a lock of your own). Breakfast was good. They also provide ear plugs to avoid noise. The restrooms were pretty clean (if caught at the right moment of the day of course). Wifi coverage everywhere. Honestly the pictures don't do this place justice. It was in a great location, at the Theatre District, and within walking distance to Downtown Boston, Chinatown and Faneuil Hall. Facilities were very clean, rest rooms plentiful and rooms were very comfortable with AC and clean sheets. Staff were friendly and helpful, and complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus!. Great experience from start to finish! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Don't be put off thinking its a hostel like the ones from the 80s/90s. It's just shy of a good hotel. In fact, it has better facilities than some good 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Would stay again!. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place clean. If you reported that something like a door broken in your room they was there fixing it as fast as possible. I thought it was worth the money and a nice location centre of everything. It was good to see that there was activity on all week. Location very close to the transport hub south staiton to and from the airport. Just steps away from subway to see almost everywhere around the interesting sites. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. Cleaning team also does a fantastic job keeping room very clean and tidy. The rooms are quite clean and the bathrooms are enough. The position is perfect, right in the middle of Boston. (1) Good Location, very close to Boston Common. (2) Close to subway station. (3) Breakfast is satisfying. (4) Modern decoration. (5) Although I stayed in a 8-people room, since the room is large and well arranged, it feels like it is a three-people room. AWESOME HOSTEL!!!!. The staff were lovely, the rooms were really clean and spacious and they had things for the guests to do everyday which I didn't expect and appreciated. Also, they had a free burrito dinner night for all guests on the Wednesday which was cool. Most importantly for me travelling on my own, there were excellent trips and events organised. The whole hotel atmosphere, very young and friendly. The staff was very helpful too, we needed lockers to keep our bags the last day we were staying in Boston, for our plain left very late that night, and they gave us the tip we needed. There are so many private restrooms on each floor. The quantity of restrooms may be up to the number of rooms which is very nice. The breakfast is just too perfect, which include egg, muffin, bagle, bread, milk and yougurt, and orange. I liked the fact that breakfast was included and extended from 7-10am, also the bathrooms were serviced with foot towels every day. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room is clean，large and spacious for luggage and personal stuff. Bathroom is very clean, and can well satisfy the employment. The breakfast is delicious and rich. Also, close to the sight spots and the subway station. The hostel is clean and well organized. Also, it was very quiet inside (little noise from other travellers, even though it was a saturday night), and very little street noise. The place is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. the breakfast is great and free and the location is perfect. There are also a lot of day and night activities organized by the hostel. Looked new and clean. After Boston Marathon Bombing, the brought in Pizza and soda for us so that we wouldn't have to go outside. Most of us staying there were runners that ran the Marathon. I was in town for the Marathon. Given the circumstances I found much support in being with my running family. Much better to have support of other runners over being in a hotel room alone. I like everything about it. Unfortunately during my stay, the Boston Marathon bombings occured. As usual, everyone pulled together. As a former Bostonian, I was so wicked proud of the staff. I was impressed with the amenities and attention to detail in meeting the needs of travelers. The environment was very pleasing and comfortable. It was almost tempting to stay in and relax!. People from different country in the world, and I had a chance to make new friends, even travel together! In addition, it is so close to the South Station, only ten minutes' walk. your staff attended to me as at when due. They were accommodating, cheerful and friendly. Above all, I enjoyed the place. Next time I come to US, I will try to be there again. The central Location near the subway for our city trip was excellent. The private room was reasonably priced, comfortable, bright and clean. The breakfast was good too. The location is great and convenient to get around within walking distance. The quilt and towel are clean. Both room and bathroom are clean and neat. Value for money!. Super clean, sheets, pillows, towels all included and great location! I don't mind spending a little more for a hostel like this which bridges the gap to hotel!. The staff was very friendly and we got a free upgrade with our room, so that was excellent! Next time in Boston I'm definitely going to use the same hostel!. They have lockers for baggage in each room, and, after your check-out, they can store your baggage for only $3/day, even overnight. It is really convenient. The hostel experience Is very good.lots of young people to interact with plus the location in China town is very good for someone travelling from abroad. New facilities. The room is still small but the lounge, kitchen area is so huge and comfortable. I loved staying there. hospitality, cleanliness, FREE breakfast, lockers, CLEAN bathrooms and linen, elevator, young and old traveler attraction, near the subway, etc. Location is excellent. It was better than I expected. I loved my whole experience. It was my first time to use a Hostel and it has inspired me to want to travel this way in the future. Whenever I came back to sleep at this hotel, I had to be extra cautious because every other travellers were in sleep. I know this is a natural thing, but there were no private lightings for my bed so I had to use my cell phone to see things in darkness. Other than this simple thing, every other factors were really satisfactory. It is more expensive than other hostels in the US, then again, the price is right when considering all you get for it. Nothing. The doors of the rooms slam quite a bit automatically if not closed gently by hand, and the whole room shakes a bit. But it's a very tiny thing compared to everything. Nothing! I booked it again before I left!!. Parking was very restrictive, for those with vehicles..though it's very much a city problem, not the fault of HI. But a parking lot would definitely be helpful. Nothing not to like, tho double glazing on the windows looking over the front would have been better! Was a bit noisy!. There is nothing at all. Honestly, nothing to complain. Keep doing the right job. I cant think of anything I did not like. I am never eager to share a room with strangers. However this is a Hostel so share you must. ha ha ha. My roomates were quiet and respectful and there were only 4 beds so it was not bad at all. I recommend this place. Absolutely nothing!. A little expensive, being an hostel, but in Boston that's the cheapest place I could find, and I have been looking for a place where to stay for a long time. Relatively high price. There was nothing I didn't like, I really enjoyed this hostel. Nothing. The only thing I didn't like was I was in the first bottom bunk inside the dorm which disturbed me from time to time. Another time I would ask to have a bunk furthest away from the door. the air conditioning is just a little too noisy, and I feel too cold at night. Breakfast does not include an extended variety of food, anyway it's good. - A bit expensive compare to some others hostels. Nothing relevant. I think it is expensive for a shared room bunk bed. I have been able to get a single room for the same price in hostels in other US cities. And the breakfast was not good - really basic, and stale muffins. Nothing. Love this hostel. The bed will make noisy. None. Wifi is available but not so stable. I had to wait to get to the bathroom in the morning. They were all occupied. As a hostel the price is quite expensive, but this seems to be standard in North America. nothing. The bathrooms can get a bit dirty but nothing too bad and it is a hostel. The computers on the 2nd floor shjould be free. Well, maybe the breakfast could be a bit more sophisticated, but that's probably a problem with American style of breakfast, not with the hotel itself ;). Some people don't understand the Hostelling community and considerations.
