My partner and I were in New York to get Married. The staff could not have been more helpfull than they were. Just a 15 minute train ride from New York Penn Station this hotel has a covered walkway to Newark Penn Station. Room prices are lower than Manhattan rates without service being compromised. Small and intimate restaurant is staffed by friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable was similar to other Hilton's. We would certainly make this hotel a base for future New York visits.

I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The
staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my
phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that
allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a

The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made
traveling to nyc extremely convenient.
The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

Great location next to world trade center memorial.
It was clean and the bed overall was comfortable. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay again if it is the one available.

I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.

My wife and i were treated very well by the manager (Kevin) during our stay at your New York hotel. We recieved a wonderful complimentary upgrade from a basic room to a large and beautiful suite with a balcony and view. clerk. We had a tv issue and they were in our room in 2 minutes after
