The connoisseur was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

great location, right next to upmarket shopping mall with grocery store and good restaurants. Room was well appointed, bed was extremely comfortable. Service was great. Stayed in Century City over the weekend so it was quiet. Beverly Hills adjacent so driving was as easy as driving can be in Los Angeles. The rooms have balconies. We opened the balcony door and listened to the fountain across the street. The Annenberg Space for Photography is across the street.

the staff were very helpful, and even found us a very fast laundry service nearby. we visited for a UCLA visit, and was the prefect location. -

Nice. Interesting due to history. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Fun to sit at front lounge/bar. Watch the fancy cars and people arrive.

Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and
safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily
accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa
Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also
convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking
distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very
quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.

Excellent location, big room, excellent swingming pool, excellentrestaurant, kindly staff, high quality. My advice: you are going tospend a lot of many in tips because of the excellent service. - The staff made you feel like they would willingly help..and I did have afew problems to sort-they went out of their way to help. As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first
night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a
smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day
they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was
great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Staff were so
amazing

Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA. Thank you for an excellent stay. -

The photo's do not do this hotel justice! The essence of this hotel of rich history or sport, that dark, seductive feel to the rooms- it really was such a wonderful stay! * Location was great to be able to use public transport (bus & subway) + only 20 min walk to Staples Center
