Goo staff and location
Excellent Bed comfort and quality and Got an upgrade to executive room also free airport transport and it’s rightly priced, and near the airport.
No casino and it is good for family - The staffs are very polite and efficent. The room is clean and its decoration was very nice. They gave me free airport transport.

το οτι καθε μερα μας αφηναν και απο ενα δωρο(ενα καλαθι με φρουτα κλπ) - Kind and professional staff. The rooms was clean and nice. Close to the Airport - First hotel I have stayed in that has a decent firm pillow.

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχίου ήταν πολύ φιλικό - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πραγματικά 5 αστέρων!!! - Everything! The staff were amazing, the food choices - superb! Room Service -- AWESOME! Everything was really exceptional. - Summer prices much cheaper. Excellent Bed comfort and quality.

The location was excellent if you want to be in the centre of Dubai... just opposite the City Centre Mall, close to the Metro, plenty of taxis around, close to the airport. Its perfect if you want to go around Dubai. Its reasonably priced as well. Facilities offered match the cost . Not fancy but functional. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean. Does

Best toilet layout ever found in a hotel. Separate shower and lavatory cubicles allow convenient family use.
Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets.
Quick and friendly service.
Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time.
Good quality breakfast.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

I found the staff very helpful. Case in point, I needed it help to get
on a online tutorial and the it person set me up. The reception staff
were professional but not too formal. They made every effort to attend
to any of my requests or answer any of my queries. Quite a relaxed

Almost the perfect Hotel. Clean & Comfortable with big rooms. Rooftop Pool offers panoramic views of the area. Nice neighbourhood with some interesting Restaurants,especially an Iraqi one, where you can watch the national fish dish ( Masgouf ), slowly roasting on wood embers ! . They also cook chicken & lamb on a Chargoal Grill. Highly recommend.

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

The cleanliness of the room. The fruit basket was nice on arrival. - The Hallmark is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the price is a bit steep.

Always a pleasant greeting from all staff. Laundry and room service punctual. Dining in the Terrace Restaurant very enjoyable. - Staff is always excellent and helpful. Room service was excellent as well.
