FREE WIFI!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Location is very good, close to city center, lots of restaurants around, metro, every taxi driver knows where is this hotel. It's right next to the metro station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as cash machines.
There is no gym or swimming pool but for 20 Dirhams you can use the nearby Novotel facilities all day. A great deal.
The rooms were always cleaned and in order when we came back from a day on the town.
No complaints - a great stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom with toilet separated. It
was an ideal business stay if you don't want to break your bank.
The lounge was comfortable with a bar counter for fast breakfast. I
have stayed in many other hotels in Dubai for family and leisure
occassions ( The Westin, The Armani and The Palace, and The Grosvernor

tag. If you are looking for good comfort with less money the Radisson
Blu is a good choice. -
Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was
excelle

We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

The Beds are very large and comfy, the rooms are well insulated against outside noise, and the location is ideal for business travellers - The flexibility of the hotel, they allowed a late checkout untill 16.00 WITHOUT CHARGE!

Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. The staff went out of their way to give me a room with a nice view after I requested it...put me on the 58th floor! The hotel is huge but never felt crowded. Ever

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. I stayed in more than 5 times. موقعه ممتاز، قريب منه سوبرماركت مفتوح 24 ساعة ومطاعم والميترو وصيدلية. غرف الفندق مريحة وتعاملهم ممتاز. سكنت فيه أكثر من 5 مرات.

This hotel is excelent, as a interior designer myself, I always appreciate stylish and thought that is put into designing a space, so rooms are spacious with all amenities and luxury expected, spa with excellent and attentive staff as for Lena or Nancy, my husband had a amazing and relaxing time in a couples massage suite.

The service was very nice specially Jimmy the supervising bell man from Canada, actually someone you can talk to, makes you feel like your not that far from home. I hope he gets promoted to the front desk bacause they really need someone like him.

Excellent Value for Money. Great location, spotlessly clean, fabuloushelpful staff. Not as luxurious as some hotels in Dubai, but anexcellent 4*+ hotel by anyone's stndards.
