Everything, the hotel was great i have already booked my next stay. It will be perfect once all the food and beverage outlets are open, - The hotel was very well located, and facilities were very good. Was a very enjoyable stay.

We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to
this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai.
We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the
bottom of the palm. Both the sea-view (on the Palm incl. Atlantis-Hotel)

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.

Room w/balcony , location was great, both room service and the adult
beverage emporiums were well run, food available in grocers, restaurants
and via the hotel were a good value. Yes there were working girls but
they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs
required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.

i stayed in a four bedroom appartment and it was huge , clean , comfort , and there was a maids room which was a bonus , big parking area , the hotel loppy was very huge with many resturants and there was too many swimming pools and kids club , and huge green areas .. cinema is just two minutes walking , wafi mall is just 5 minutes walking . the h

I made use of the gym, it was nice though not fully equipped as things like skipping rope was missing, overall it still served the purpose.
the bar downstairs was also good as they served alcohol hence no need to look elsewhere. The location was fantastic as initially I choose al barsha buy but Dubai gave better access to other good and not expen

This was an excellent value for money hotel. Felt maybe a little bit B-class, but had everything you would need. Clean, a lot of staff in reception, bar, restaurants, pool... Overall all good!
If/when we get back to Dubai we could stay at this hotel again.
Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro, 10min walk to Bur Juman shopping centre.
Free shuttle to Dubai mall and beach.

We were very pleased with the hotel - the staff were particularly helpful, the apartment excellent in facilities, servicing and cleanliness. The pool was great as it was 42 degrees in Dubai. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the nearest very large A/C shopping centre with a supermarket. As we had been away for 5 weeks prior, this apartment

The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility. I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.
