The staff was very friendly and courteous whenever you met them

Both me and the girlfriend have stayed at the hotel for a period of 5 days and it was overall an excellent experience. Even though there was a major construction happening in the area around the hotel which also ruined the beach view, we were still happy with the pool available in the hotel and the other facilities like the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was impressive with lots of selection. And the staff was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very clean.

The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so

The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and
the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the

I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . I don't think I will ever change my hotel in Dubai because of the location , the hotel standard , the staff , the room and the room rate , I can't belive I got suite with only 400 dh ,,, - I loved my two-day stay at this hotel. Please excuse this review for being so thorough but I feel after staying here and being so confused before leaving for my holiday this sort of review would be helpful. Overall a very comfortable stay.
We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.
We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome.
Location not specifically close to anything in particular but within walking distance of the metr

A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again! - The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στο μετρό και ενδοιάμεσα της περιοχής για διακοπές και χαλάρωση και της τουριστικής παλιάς πόλης. Βρίσκεται στην Financial περιοχή. Επίσης ειναι πολύ κοντά στο καλύτερο κατά τη γνώμη μου mall στο Dubai του "Dubai mall" . Διαθέτει πολύ ωραία θέα σε μερικούς από τους ουρανοξύστες της πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα αξιοπρεπές χώρο spa
