This is my second stay at the Aurora (first was August 2012). Still great value, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. As a result of Ukrainian policy I think public area smoking has decreased and thus the lobby is not quite as filled with the stench of cigarette smoke so that is good. I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. kind,cheerful,and attentive to all guests who come by. The accomodation

Extremely friendly staff. Girls on the front desk spoke English and it was no problem checking in at midnight. The concierge was very helpful and spoke a number of languages.
