Style: the hotel looks amazing from outside and from inside. Fully renovated to its former glory.

The hotel and reception staff, including room maids were very very good.
The quality of the hotel was also good with clean linen every day and
towels etc. Breakfast choice was also good and the reception staff were
very helpful including security people.

I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. It was already too cold for that, so I spent most of my free time taking taxis to the city. That's about 20 minutes away and about $10 each way. If you stay at the hotel you can use their spa servi

The ladies at reception were very good. The Spa facility was excellent. The ladies at the reception at the Spa, especially Val (I think that is her name) were very good. Some of the massages were very good, the classic massage by a woman and the aqua massage was very good. The cleaners everywhere were excellent.

The staff are so friendly and they helped me what ever I was expecting. -
Good breakfast, convenient next to train station and 10 minute walk to one of the not so crowded beaches ( otrada), also nice that we got free entrance to itaka beach/night club.

The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. The private beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel and very nice. The lovely was set in lovely grounds and security was very good. The hotel was ideal for a relaxin

excellent staff, high quality medical assistance, excellent cuisine; no queuing, no waiting in SPA and pool; although the hotel was booked full it was very quiet.

the hotel was very clean. the staff very friendly. the rooms neat and decent size. the dolphin show was great . the hotel is waterfront and nature is all around. bring your family if you have kids. they also have a rooftop terrace with beautiful views. price was great at 100$ a night. -

i was so much excited to visit this hotel, since the pictures and information on their official website were so promising! what I can say that the reality is even more than that - firstly, you enter gorgeous lobby with classic design (not typical for "californian" style hotel). then i was extremally happy to see my comfy economy single room. so nic

1. Professional and courteous staff, always smiling and saying "hello" or "good afternoon";

3. Very good room make-up (cleaning), maids with nice manners;
4. Central location (you are very close, like 10 minuntes, to Deribasovska Str. and all other attractions; but the hotel is in the sidestreet, so there is no noice, no discos, etc. neither during day nor dur

Wonderful!!, this is my comment to my staying at Riviera Apartments, it realy exceed my expectations, and Sergey is a really nice guy, who have took great care of us, so everything was great.
I just can wait to visit Odessa at summer, of course at Riviera:)
