The quality of the hotel was also good with clean linen every day and
towels etc. Breakfast choice was also good and the reception staff were
very helpful including security people.

An extremely comfortable and stylish apartment, lovely and warm with
easily adjusted gas boiler. The layout of the room with the Mezzanine
bed space was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful - my lack of
Ukranian/Russian was easily overcome even by those who did not speak
much English. The location was superb with all the facilities of the

this hotel was great!!!! the room was nice and clean and the facilities were great. Spending the morning in the patio area having breakfast and coffee was great. The staff was tremendous since I am an english speaker and helped me with tips of Odessa. Everything you need is in walking distance and will stay again the next time I visit Odessa.

Like in the photos, it seemed very warm, and luxury. Especially wooden ceiling - was giving sense of warmth - the best I liked. Had all room facilities working. Was very quite. Staffs were very helpful. Breakfast menu differs basing on the day of the week. It maybe also an disadvantage, but I found it adventurous. -

Location is convenient. Close to the city beach - 5 min walk, 10 min by car to the city center.
We stayed in the standard double with basic facilities. Generally all was OK. So price-quality is matched. -

Because the "Alex" is the only Hotel that I have stayed in in Odessa I do not consider myself an expert. But having stayed in many hotels around the world I will say this rate highly. great hotel as it was my second stay, i have the same suite as before and the fixed the roof noise from my last feedback... so thanks for listening... tried many dishes in the restaurant and have to say...very good choice and quality, helpful staff even if you want pizza at 2am..they can arrange... also try out the Harley bar cafe across the road.... really great selection of quality dishes...
