When the Internet was in trouble, the manager did responded to my complaint quickly. They are ready for customer's service request for 24 hours. It is different from other hotels in Ukraine. Usually the service mind of Ukrainian hotels are not good but Ramada Hotel in Donetsk was different. The food of the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. I love it.

The rooms are small. There is no refregirator in the room. Please be advised to use the taxi waiting outside called by the hotel front desk. They are too expensive, touble times more expensive than normal taxi. The restaurant food is expensive even though their food are good. The Internet of some rooms are not good, depending on the location of room. They need the problem quickly.

The noise from the corridor from a company running between their 2-3 rooms continued from 11-30 pm until 2-30 am followed by shutting of the doors, constant knocking and calling out the names. After that there was a 2 minutes knocking at the door from the room service. Then there was only an hour left to sleep before the early morning flight.

It was a good place to stay. I have no complaints. I was even able to get advice from the spa doctor.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Редкий случай когда к отелю нет никаких претензий! Бывал в Рамаде в Америке, но Донецкая где-то даже покруче. Фитнес центр просто шикарный- полноценный люксовый спортзал, есть бассейн. Обычно от приотельного спортзала такого уровня не ожидаешь. Также кухня- все что там ел- очень вкусно. Повар видимо хороший, или следят там за ними как надо. Сервис без капли совковости, американский я бы сказал. Девчонки на рецепции супер вежливые и кстати красивые. И дизайн классный везде, стильный, без дешевого закоса под Людовика XIV, не давит.

everything, the property has a great restaurant and an impressive spa and gym, I've seen nothing to compare in Donetsk

The only annoyance: hotel is located on a busy street and it was rather noisy in the night.

Well located, comfortable, 24hr working terrace cafe :)

Spa does not belong to hotel and hotel guests are fully charged if you want to use facilities.

The staff went out of their way to help with any issue. Prompt service was always available. Side trips were excellent.

Location is not in the city center.

Probably by mistake, the flag of my country (Russia) hung incorrectly. I asked to move twice, but it didn't make(

The staff throughout the hotel was very professional and friendly. The room and other facilities were clean and useful. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself were wonderful, fresh food and good variety.

The rooms a bit small, even a King size room happened to be crowded with 2 people. Would have been nice to have a mini-bar in the room.

Good location and facilities

We were rudely kicked out of pool area by the pool/spa mngr. While watching my son swim because we were not in swimsuits ourselves. Actually told to get up and leave at that moment....

Bed. Value. No tea facilities in room. Cleaning staff only spoke Russian. Too many extra costs to eat or use facilities so the actual costs of my trip were cleverly disguised.
