  Weymouth is a beautiful seaside/harbour town. As soon as we walked through the door of our hotel, we were greeted with a welcoming lobby and helpful, friendly staff. Our room was lovely and clean - on the front by the bridge. Breakfast was superb! Waiter/waitress service - much nicer than buffet style. Food was hot and tasty. service was - Emma the receptionist & Nicki the waitress were huge ambassadors for this hotel. We arrived at about 7.40pm which was 20 minutes after the dining room was due to close. Emma went and saw Nicki and organised that we would still get a meal, then she used a short cut for me to bring our luggage in from the back car park and stored it in reception so we could go and eat, talk about above and beyond, this was service of the highest order.   I booked on line with letsbookhotel.com and payed £29 for a one night stay in a single room, and I must admit after I booked I read some terrible reviews for this Hotel and I was a little apprehensive to say the least, but on the whole it was good. The room I stayed in was clean,and had an en suite with - We both liked the beach front location and all the maze of streets in Weymouth, there are a good selection of reasonable restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel did there best to help with parking as Weymouth is no at all easy to find parking.The hotel is very old clean and a maze of corridor's with small staircases up and down all over the place they do have a lift but you will still have to navigate a few stairs. All in all be had a very pleasant stay great value for money

  Rooms comfortable and clean, plenty of soft pillows, catered for client needs, providing extra heating fan although this was not required as the hotel was very warm.
