Homely guest-house welcome & comforts, including attractive &
good size room with luggage space, plenty of local information, shove
ha'penny, tasty breakfast, friendly dog who, with friendlly
owner's help, helped my son overcome some of his dog phobia.

Lovely welcome. Couldn't do enough for us and a lovely veggie breakfast.

Location - a little far, & along narrow pavements, from rail
station, supermarket & restaurants for a tired & hungry 6-year-
old in the dark & rain. Not so bad if have own transport or longer
legs. Only one external signpost for house - easy to miss it in dark or
mistake for a private house.
Shower in the twin room was a little on the weak side but at least the bathroom was spotless and the water was hot.
quite a lot of steps tricky ! as i was traveling with my elderly mother ,i think this should be specified more ,also parking was a bit awkward.
