David and Jane were probably the friendliest and nicest B&B owners I've ever met. Had a nice long chat, they offered a glass of wine and they were very interesting people. The room was also very nice and clean. They really helped make my stay in Guernsey memorable and enjoyable.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel, the staff, our room, the food were excellent. Very carefully refurbished, with some tasteful accessories A pleasure to stay - On arrival we were given an upgrade, which was not expected.The wholepackage was first class, room, breakfast and staff.

We would definately not stay anywhere else on Guernsey, the whole ambience of the hotel was so relaxin -
The hotel is in a truly stunning setting, looking out over a wooded gully, to the sea. Service was good, as was the food at both restaurants - it's well worth a trip to the Rock Garden for a few cocktails, too! Possibly the best hotel we've stayed at in Guernsey. Potential bookers should note that this is NOT in St Peter Port town but a rural location in the parish.

What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!!
We could go on - best thing to do is to go and try this hidden gem in the Chan

Excellent facilities, great service and good food. A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.

The room was lovely with a very large, comfortable bed. The toiletries were good quality, and we had a good supply of tea making facilities and biscuits. The hotel was more like a 5 star and the staff so friendly, they all made us feel so welcome.The breakfasts on the terrace were lovely. We only ate out two nights out of 9 and the hotel food was far superior. Olga was an absolute treasure, she looked after us so well, I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel , all the staff were fabulous, great view from my room over St Peter Port, lovely breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Room was very spacious, and comfortable, memory foam mattress , luxury bedding and toilettries, very fluffy towels ! -

You can drive around the island of Guernsey quite easily in a day and there are many really good beache -
We needed to shift from room 43 as the lack of hot water was unacceptable, but the reception were very helpful in finding an alternative, and room 17 was fine, though the sink was very awkward to negotiate. Breakfasts were excellent; quick service and individually cooked.

The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.
