I enjoyed the location and the politness of the staff and how quick they were at enabling me to gain access to my accommodation. - Particularly nice, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Plenty of room in the car park.

We stayed for one night on our way to Bristol airport.The house is beautiful with super old beams & some very nice pieces of antique furniture.Breakfast is a do it yourself job (in the spotless kitchen ) which suited us fine as we were leaving very early in the morning for our flight so actually didn't bother except tea.Could not be more conve

The house has been newly renovated. We were the first people to stay in
our room! Johan was very helpful, and explained things very well. The
house is a bit of a maze and you needed a tour guide to find your room
;-) Private parking at the back of the house. There looked to be great
views over the mendips, but we couldn't really get the full benefit
due to pouring rain!

We liked everything. Felt totally at home, so much so that we sat on the lounge floor in front of the 'real' fire each evening with the news papers and a drink. How relaxing is that? The people running the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to everyone. The pool needs a special mentiion too, my family think we should get one

Spacious room and bathroom, swimmingpool and jacuzzi ! The landlady is an excellent cook, the menu is limited but just try the minestrone and the penne: superb ! And not expensive at all. There was a packed breakfast and as we had an early flight we were able
to take this with us to eat on the plane and it was very enjoyable. The

The room was clean and well equipped.The owners were very friendly, helpful and went out of there way to help to make my stay the best possible. The airport transfer was really good. Justsay when you want to go and you are taken, then on my return i phoned to say i had arrived and 3-4 minutes later they were there to collect me. Fantastic place and people.

Excellent location for airport. Cosy, well presented room. Friendly check in even on late evening arrival.
Liked the separate accommodation in garden, felt like we really had our own place.
Cheap, cheerful and everything needed for a quick night before airport, which is within walking distance, literally 5 mins away.

The staff were really excellent and flexible - allowing me to check in much earlier than normal, after I had arrived from Dublin to Bristol airport. They had the room cleaned early, as I waited, and gave me some coffee and breakfast, TV, internet access, etc. The owner also dropped by to say hello. The staff also allowed me to use their printer and were excellent in providing transport to and from the train station in Bristol (about a 30 minute drive) and were much cheaper than a regular taxi.

We stayed here when travelling back from the airport. I had good communication prior to arriving and we were picked up and brought back to the airport the next day all free of charge. All the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a travel cot erected in the room prior to our arrival, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the wet room was fantastic. We were looking for a convenient hotel to stay the night before a flight from Bristol airport. There was no noise to be heard from the airport, which is surprising as it is only a mile away. From the moment of booking, the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Even going above and beyond expectations. The accommodation was superb. We have stayed

Fantastic find. Even though they had only been up and running for one month, everything was spot on. We stayed in the family room - spotless, beautifully decorated, lovely underfloor heating, and extremely well equipped. Great views, and would be perfect for Bristol airport. The kitchen /sitting room was an added bonus, owners extremely friendly, and even tea/coffee/breakfast food was provided - not sure why anyone would want to stay in a hotel after this.
