Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The breakfast was good - cereal, yoghurt, fried/scrambled eggs on toast and tea/coffee.the lady who makes the breakfast is so lovely and immediately

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. The hand made bed was awesome (spend money on your bed and shoes as if you're not in one you're in the other). The choice of lighting in the room was

Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g

It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! I had reservations as I only stay in 4/5 stars but for location I choose this hotel for Valentines day as it was walking distance to Wembley Stadium and I did not want to stay some where and I was not happy.From checking in to checking out I was very happy. In general, it is a nice hostel which i would definitely love to visit again. The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world. Price is just okay (not cheap/not expensive) because the hostel is situated in a nice location close to the city center.

The rooms of hotel are all new and very nice , I asked for iron and hair dry which was no problem staff are understanding it's a very good safe hotel if you are using st George's ! The resterant beside was good as well .

It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift. He had his coat and bag on, but because it was so busy, he took them off and started to help booking people in. he was so polite and we really appreciated that he was helping out even though he didn't have a duty to do

Very nice location, on the edge of the congestion zone. Parking was
available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The

Its a good value hotel, fairly basic, but better than many other budget hotels. Clean, air conditioning, a lift (lots of hotels without these last two!), and close to the central line and circle line. -
