La chambre était vraiment grande pour un lit doubleThe room was really big for a double bed which is rare in most hotels around this price. . The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood.

Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc). Staff were very friendly and responsive when we called down with requests eg to ask for additional coffee sachets, help with operating

Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.

There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the
fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if
you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. It
is close to Paddington Station, and the Italian restaurant around the
corner, Villa Rosa, has the best spaghetti that I have ever eate

underground station. They have given us a room at ground floor but we
requested a room at up floor (same floor with our other friends). They
helped us asap.

in my next return to london i would like to be there again..
nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. The staff and hotel were all better than expected and my stay was great.

The hotel was close to the tube and several museums and shops. The hotel staff, especially Lawrence, were very helpful about getting around, etc. - The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. They are probably the most welcoming people we met in London..

με λυπη θελω να σας ανφερω οτι το ξενοδοχειο ηταν σε αθλια κατασταση δεν ηταν καθολου καθαρο και μηδεν εξυπηρετιση στο προγευμα ειχαν μονο τυρι ,βοτυρο,μαρμελαδα και ψωμι ειμαι τακτικος σας πελατης και ηταν η χειροτερη μου κρατιση μεχρι τωρα τα δωματια ηταν 2Χ2 λες και ημασταν κουταβια σε κλουβι - the position and services - I liked the interesting
