This was a brilliant stay for me and my young family to stay here for 2
nights. We were upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (having booked a 2
bed 1 bath). The reception were very helpful putting a cot and highchair

We were grandparents, parents and a two year old. The 2 bedroom,2 bath layout was perfect for us. It wasn't The Savoy, where we stayed last in London, but so good with the family. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to awaken leisurely and enjoy breakfast at our own pace. The layout of the apt. let us share the babytime nicely.
The location was superb; short walk to good Waitrose groceries, and Kensington Park, and even Sloane Square lunch and shopping.

It is a fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, just few blocks from Harrods, Armani, Burberry, Lacoste and many other stores. The English architecture associated to well decorated rooms and an incomparable staff make Egerton our place in London.

Staff very good except for someone forgetting to be around to check me in when I arrived (at 19.45). Building contains company's offices so double check if arriving outside their hours. Only 7 minutes walk from Victoria line tube. Rooms seem spacious (always a plus with places also used for rentals). Well furnished on the whole.

The staff was wonderful. The room and bed were perfect for two, as was the shower. The location was very central and well situated for the tube, musuems, parks, etc. This hotel really rocked even though there were some minor construction projects going on. Despite reading a review that the traffic outside was noisy, I thought the windows' soundproofing in our room was brilliant! I could hardly hear a thing, and normally I can't sleep with any noise at all.
Beds were SO comfy.

I Stayed here for a night while seeing a concert at the 02. It's so easy to find and is just a 30 second walk from Charlton train station, you can't miss it.There is also a bus stop just outside with buses running to and from the 02 every 10 mins for just £2.40. The room itself was basic, but had all you need for the night. I stayed in a single and the bed was comfy, it had a tv and tea/coffee making facilities. It was very clean and all you need really. In general, it is a nice hostel which i would definitely love to visit again. The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world. Price is just okay (not cheap/not expensive) because the hostel is situated in a nice location close to the city center.
