Excellent price, perfect location!! I visited here for one night with my 13 yr old daughter so was a bit anxious that we would maybe be unsafe as it was a small hotel on a quiet street, but we were fine and had no problems finding it. They allowed us to check in early - around 8 am - as we had bags to leave and it allowed us to get showered and changed after travelling. Staff were ok when I suggested I would check the room first before I paid - as the reviews I had read were pretty bad. We paid £44 for the night and got, what I felt, was a fantastic deal for the money. Of course you only get what you pay for but if they put just a little more effort into cleaning the rooms it would have made a world of difference. If you are on a budget and grudge paying a fortune for a night or two in the centre of London go ahead and book here - not much worse than some places I've stayed and they charged much more!! The tv wouldn't work and the bed wasn't the best but there was plenty of hot water, the sheets were clean and we got another towel without any hassle, as there was only one in the room when we went in. They had a notice saying that they couldn't be held responsible for any valuables going missing from the room and another sign at the desk asking that you leave your room key when going out - I told them I preferred to take my key with me and they had no problem with this! Everything was fine when we got back after being out all day and we had a good sleep - room was quiet and bed was actually - to my surprise - quite comfy!! I would recommend this for a night or two for anyone on a budget.
The tv not working and the room didn't feel fresh - a little more care in the cleaning - think it's a couple of young guys that do it!!
Room was very clean. A night shift door/reception man was MUCH more pleasant to the guests than the day time staff.
No bed sides lights. Only two bathroom towels and no even hand towel for you to dry of your hands. I found receptionist was quite sharp and rude with holding on a normal conversation.

There was no lift for disabled people - lots of stairs. Furniture in room was partly broken. Windows did not open. There were bed bugs in the bed.

It took a while to get checked in! This was due to the fact that the staff at the hotel wanted me to pay the full amount despite the fact that a fax had been sent by my staff requesting payment be paid in full with the details of the company credit card used to confirm the booking.

Where to start; When opening the room door it hit the bed. Shower was cold. Room was far from clean. Plug socket was broken & unsafe. Bed broke & collapsed. No lift to 5th floor. It was so bad that it was funny & more of a joke to stay there knowing that we will never stay again but will certainly never forget.
Good location and nice neighborhood. Just 5 min from Pimlico Station and 10 from Victoria.
We had to go from one hotel to another one (from the same owner) because they didn't have rooms for us (3 people), even if I booked the hotel 1 month ago. Also, the man who attended us took ages just to check us in (like 15 minutes, and we were alone there!) We had to walk 4 or 5 floors upstairs with a suitcase. And finally, no towels and just one small bar fo soap (for the three of us) in the tiny bathroom.

The hotel was dirty, cramped, badly run. In my first room the kettle didn't work, there was a beer can on the window ledge, no working shower in the bathroom.. was moved to another room which was a bit larger and had a working shower, but the bathroom was filthy and there was a used sticking plaster by the bed....
Close to tube station
TV did not work as there was no signal, staff were rude when told about the problem. There were two towels in the quad room. You have to climb 70 steps to get to your room. There was 3% charge for paying with debit card. No WI FI or phone in the room as advertised.
No towels or soap/shampoo in the room. Constant dripping taps. Neither shower worked. Room was small (they gave me a large room and it was still small!). Very run down with many things not working. Plumbing and electrics would not pass the building code. They charged an extra 10% to pay by credit card!
Great location, close to both Victoria and Vauxhall, with great links into rest of London.
Rude staff, Room was freezing due to piece of glass stuck to frame to replace normal window. bed seemed rather flimsy.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed on in my life, the room wasn't clean when we arrived, everything was smelly, the staff there had a really bad and threatening behaviour. the walls were filled with mold, and we couldn't even close the window. We were 4 people, and could only get 2 sheds to sleep with, and we ended up paying more than what we should. It was the most disgusting place I've ever seen!!! There is no way in my life, I would ever recommend this awful place to anyone!!

Location good. Wifi connection decent. The single staff person I ever saw was polite and appered to make some effort to deal with problems.
The room was filthy. Bed was stained, hot water did not work, toilet seat broken. Room had no phone or closet. when I complained about the water they did not fix the water tap (a simple repair) and after complaining again the next day they moved me to an even smaller and noiser room. This hotel in no way deserves even a two star rating. The other hotels I have stayed in this area at a simmilar price were all clean comfortable and of decent quality, this hotel was horrible.
This hotel should be closed down. My room was very dirty, filthy, smell like sewage. The towels were used towels...The Park hotel is the worse ever. My room number was 204...There was no fan or air conditioner. The room was so hot that I had to leave my door open for ventilation. I took pictures of room, the reception area the carpet and more. The staffs were very, very, very rude. The Park Hotel should be closed down. This place should not be called a hotel.

It was really a very bad experience. The hotel does not reflect a three stars hotel as understood when booking.It is not clean,plenty of bugs,services are zero,(eg. they provide one mug per room as indicated from the reception;however we were four persons).Staff with lacked experience.while our stay we packed all our bags because they renew the room carpet.they should have done that before our arrival or after our leaving.we suffered from the glue odor used for the carpet

the room given to us was in the basement of the building, very dirty and very old, the bed as well as the bedcovers looks liked you don't want to use it. the bathroom was tiny you hardly move yourself in it.
staff are very confusing! and unfriendly!, he does not know the etiquette!, room was not cleaned!, bed sheets have not been changed, we need to clean the room yourself, because they have not made within 3 hours after our arrival (clean linens can be found in a closet in the hallway),... when we asked the receptionist for help and advice as we travel around the city he just dismissed... Our tip: Choose a different location. This hotel is a catastrophe!!!

everything broken bed dirty sheets bed bugs broken toilet broken shower . broken hallway banester . and the staff were evil . i have bed bug bites all over my body . this place should be condemed . crimanal minded owner , hell nightmer . they dident want to change the dirty sheets . and took us hostaage . and wouldent give us back our money .
The location suited us. We knew based on the price it would not be the best hotel but we still expected cleanliness and good customer service.
1. Bathroom light did not work 2. Bathroom door would not open far enough to enter room 3. No hot water 4. Smoker in hallway (looked like an employee) 5. Steep unsturdy stairways with unsecured banisters (unsafe) 6. No towels, when we asked for towels we were told to keep them for 3 days 7. Unmistakable snot (BOGIES) on the wall! (Disgusting) 8. When we "checked out" they just took our key from us and did not say a word to us 9. Generally unclean

Alots of things such as; Very small room, & Shower 50x50Cm, TV screen looks like10", It didn't work even I asked to fix it, I leaft the hotel after 7 nights. I will not recommended to a friend.
The staff attitude towards guest was negative. The bedrooms were dirty, dusty and unpleasant. I have to sleep on the floor as beds were terrible. Shower didn't work properly. The TV when switched on gave out a buzzing noise and kept switching itself off.

The room was just big enough to get the double bed into. Had to walk around the edges to get in it. The bed was old and the spring squeaked as soon as you touched them. The bathroom was so small the shower cubicle was too close to the toilet bowl so it was difficult to sit on. The two staff at reception were not friendly & to the point. The Sidney Hotel next door in the same block of buildings was a five star hotel in comparison. It's a shame we didn't book there.
avoid this hotel we were in A room for 4 people my party was 2 adults 1 child once our cases were in we couldn'T move the ensuite was so small your knees banged of the door and your elbows banged of the shower and sinkthe smell was disgusting we slept in our clothes on top of the bed it was that bad if it wasn'T 11pm at night we would of gone elsewhere
